Welcome to Jet Ways. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, Jet Ways, and all services, including flight booking online, airline booking reservations via phone at 313-873-8765, and information provided regarding cheap flights, plane tickets, and cheap flight deals.

By accessing our site, requesting quotes, or executing a flight ticket booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Agency Role and Carrier Terms

Jet Ways operates as an independent travel agent. We serve as a broker between you and the respective airlines. Please understand that:

• All airline tickets issued are subject to the individual Contract of Carriage, baggage parameters, refund guidelines, and tariff regulations of the operating airlines.
• We are not responsible for airline schedule modifications, flight cancellations, luggage losses, delays, or service level changes made by the carriers.
• Any legal claims relating to travel experiences must be filed directly against the carrier operating your round trip flights or one way flights.

2. Pricing, Fare Changes, and Ticket Verification

All prices displayed on Jet Ways or quoted over the phone are subject to availability and can change without prior warning until your flight ticket booking is fully ticketed and a confirmation email containing an e-ticket is sent.

• Fares are not guaranteed until the ticketing process is completed by the airline.
• Online promo rates and discount airline tickets might require specific qualifications, such as round trip travel, advance purchases, or Saturday night stays.
• If a fare discrepancy occurs between your query and the final GDS ticket generation, we will notify you of alternative flight deals or issue a full refund prior to ticketing.

3. Payment Policies and Chargeback Protections

All airline tickets booking must be cleared with valid credit or debit cards prior to ticket generation. We require authorization for all charges. You agree not to attempt chargebacks for standard cancellations, schedule alterations, or cases detailed in our Refund Policy.

If you suspect unauthorized charges, please contact our support center at 313-873-8765 immediately to resolve billing discrepancies without disputing transactions through your bank.

4. Passenger Name Matching Requirements

In accordance with TSA policies, the name entered on your airline booking must match the photo identification or passport presented at the boarding gate. Jet Ways is not liable for boarding denials, re-ticketing charges, or penalty rates resulting from incorrect passenger details supplied during the flight ticket booking process.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any litigation arising from travel services provided by Jet Ways must be initiated in courts in Wayne County, Detroit, Michigan.
